Important Wiring Reminder: Outdoor door station and indoor monitor must connect by physical 4-wire cable. Compatible cable: RVV4, CAT5, CAT6. If wiring transmission distance exceeds 30 meters, separate power supply for outdoor door station is strongly recommended. Installation type: surface-mount or flush-mount.

TF-Card Format Tips: 16GB-32GB card please format as FAT32; 64GB-1TB card please format as EXFAT before inserting into monitor. After inserting card, format it again on intercom device for stable recording performance.

Check the log of Call, Visitor Message, Motion Detection and Alarm. Long press and release the file to enter the delete option. Note: This function requires the indoor monitor to be inserted into an SD card.

It is editable for the device display name — you can click and input the name you want. Up to 9 characters can be entered. (Touch button is not available to edit the device name.)

The input video signal must be accurate, otherwise the video signal will not be displayed correctly. If you cannot accurately know the resolution and format of the input signal, you can use the automatic detection function.
